I made this nail polish color for NYE...

"Green means forever" says Paul.
I haveaSsng a cream glittery dress and blue n green sparkly boots to wear w it and some "bling-string" for sparkly hair pieces :)
I always tend to go shiny on NYE...

I have two parties to go to tonight, one in Hollywood and the other in a loft in downtown LA where I live. I originally wanted to go to this place called "The Edison" here in downtown where they do cabaret shows and stuff but they want 300$ for the table and we don't have enough friends we know that are going there. I CANT BELIEVE IT'S 2012!!! :D

Happy New Year!

My kitchen is my closet!

Mr. Brainwash...

Passing on La Brea I saw a huge line around the block full of ppl waiting to see Mr. Brainwash's 2 story building Graffitti art installation with give aways like posters of his work and postcards etc. The place looked like a barn w collages on life sized animals and blue spray paint coming out of an elephants trunk as he blew out air. Everything was massive and a total information over load! Taking pop culture and throwing it up in the air and seeing what lands on a canvas. Every corner had a theme and he even incorporated projections on top like his Steve Jobs dungeon shrine w old Apple computers and a murky green wavy projection on top or portraits of musicians made of broken records in an area w the largest boombox known to man and an actual old wooden piano records all over the floor. Upstairs spray paint cans bigger than your entire fridge, old furniture and Count Bessie swing music echoed through the high ceilings and broken windows of the demolished building entirely wheat pasted and tagged by every street artist in town. It was line after line packed with a chance to get a poster signed by the artist himself. The show has been extended fortunately for who ever is reading this and in the LA area... Open Jan 1&2 too... Look him up if you need details.

43 High-heels and counting...

So I counted shoes, to perfectly organize them and color code them to find them better and have my little loft neat :) I counted 43 high-heels and that's without my flats and boots... I never thought I had a lot of shoes... My mom would say "but u have soo many shoes!" everytime I would eye a new pair with sparkly eyes... Sometimes that conversation came up with friends and I never had a number... One day I will have the exact total but that would be giving you ALL of my secrets so that's one thing, I just couldn't do...yet.

Your girl with a major shoe fetish,

(Pictured are blue sparkly boots, not yet included in the number... wearing them for New Years!)

Palindrome Research Project...

Why have I only started seeing these numbers?

In the past, you were so enamored with the physical plane, you consciously closed out that part of you and considered yourself separate from others. Realize dear one, that we are all one and to let yourself get wrapped up in the physical and material here on earth will only separate you more from the divine and from truth. We are all one.

Merry Christmas...

stills taken from a video shot by Paul Isaac on Christmas day :)
the video is on youtube called "Our Christmas 2011"

been too busy to write but took stills from my xmas video bc each frame Paul shot looks like a piece of ART!

For Christmas I got a 42" TV from Mom and Dad bc I'm blind when it comes to seeing far away, Paul bought me a lottery ticket :) and something to hang all my earrings on... we went shopping a bit in Santa Monica and I bought a super soft T-shirt at Hard Tail and some fashion magazines. I took us out to dinner and surprised him as a dressed up Santa girl... :) We went hiking later that day... it was one of the best Christmas' ever because it was really simple and peaceful out and the sun was shining beautifully and it was my first xmas away from home and family so I liked that for a change too but it was hard to find a restaurant we wanted to go to bc we didn't think to reserve ahead but we got 10% off our next visit at a place right on the Ocean ;)

Enjoy your holidays!

Tortilla Espanola ala Tamara...

My Xmas gift to the house haha
Slowly cooked and delicious I promise.
Today is Saturday!
Roxy is on my lap as I type this on my phone sitting on the balcony... The sun is out but not reaching my balcony so I sit between buildings in the shade... The tortilla is cooked cooling off in the kitchen I hear the sounds of trucks afar and a flute far off and a few high pitched honks scattered through... "how can today be Saturday?" says Paul
